This is the Valentine’s Day video Matthew Brown made for his partner XXXXXXX XXXXX. Matthew’s partner lives somewhere across the Atlantic. He lives a very hidden life because of he way his society will treat him if anyone found out about him being gay. Matthew made this video for him to show his support and passion toward his love and human rights. It was supposed to be a private video, solely for his boyfriend’s eyes, but he turned it into a statement of fighting for the one you love.

This is beautiful and powerful.  When will homophobia ever end?  Why do people have to be afraid to love as freely as I can without the fear of losing everything? I will never understand this.  NEVER! I want to cry at my friend’s weddings, not because of videos like this dammit. ~ Kim
